Looking for the official website? Beylerbeyi Palace is run by the Directorate of National Palaces of Türkiye — its official site is millisaraylar.gov.tr. We are an authorized reseller, not the palace: this site sells official Istanbul.com inventory through Cityberry Tourism Agency, a TURSAB-licensed agency (licence 11745) — with skip-the-ticket-line entry and an audio guide the gate ticket doesn’t include.

Buy Beylerbeyi Palace tickets online — skip the booth

Beylerbeyi is Istanbul’s quiet imperial secret, but its ticket booth is small and booth-only: on summer weekends, cruise-ship mornings and Bosphorus-tour afternoons a queue forms fast under the bridge. Buying your Beylerbeyi Palace tickets online means your entry is issued before you arrive — you go straight to the gate with the QR code on your phone. The included multilingual audio guide narrates the chandeliered halls, the famous marble pool salon and the garden terraces as you walk, no rental desk, no extra fee, entirely at your own pace.

Plan your Beylerbeyi Palace visit

Beylerbeyi Palace, Istanbul — the sultans’ summer palace

Built for Sultan Abdülaziz in the 1860s, Beylerbeyi Palace was the Ottoman court’s summer residence and imperial guesthouse on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus — Empress Eugénie of France stayed here on her way to open the Suez Canal, and Sultan Abdülhamid II spent his last years in its rooms. Today the Beylerbeyi Palace Museum keeps the palace much as the court left it: Baccarat chandeliers, Hereke carpets, a celebrated central salon cooled by a marble fountain pool, and terraced gardens of magnolias rising behind the white marble facade, directly beneath the Bosphorus Bridge.

It is smaller and far quieter than Dolmabahçe — most visitors walk it in about an hour, then linger on the waterfront terrace between the two marble bathing pavilions. The palace is open Tuesday to Sunday, generally 09:00–17:30, and is closed on Mondays. Your ticket covers the palace museum visitor route with the audio guide included, and the gardens are part of the grounds you visit — details and directions are on the plan-your-visit page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the official Beylerbeyi Palace website?

No — Beylerbeyi Palace is managed by the Directorate of National Palaces of Türkiye, and its official website is millisaraylar.gov.tr. This site is an authorized point of sale: tickets here are official Istanbul.com inventory sold by Cityberry Tourism Agency, a licensed TURSAB member (licence 11745), with skip-the-ticket-line entry and an audio guide included.

Do I need to book Beylerbeyi Palace tickets in advance?

It is the safest way to visit. Beylerbeyi is quieter than Dolmabahçe or Topkapı, but the ticket booth still draws queues on summer weekends and cruise days. Booking online confirms your entry instantly, includes the audio guide, and lets you walk past the ticket-purchase line.

Is Beylerbeyi Palace open on Mondays?

No — the palace is closed on Mondays. Visiting days are Tuesday to Sunday, generally 09:00–17:30 with last entry about half an hour before closing. Opening arrangements are set by the National Palaces administration and can change on public and religious holidays.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket is the Beylerbeyi Palace Museum skip-the-ticket-line entry with a multilingual audio guide included — it covers the palace museum visitor route, and the terraced gardens are part of the palace grounds you visit. The audio guide narrates the halls, the marble pool salon and the garden pavilions as you walk, at your own pace.

Is the ticket delivered instantly?

Yes. Your mobile ticket (QR code) is emailed immediately after checkout. Show it on your phone at the palace entrance — no printing needed.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes — the cancellation terms for your ticket are shown at checkout before you pay. Palace entry tickets can typically be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
